During the school holidays, the kiddos popped by the Pororo Park Singapore again, the very first in Southeast Asia that opened its doors to the public in Nov last year, and still the largest character-themed indoor playground here. I would be surprised if any one (especially those with kiddos) does not know of its existence by now!
When we had our first visit last year, we were awed by the size of the place. It was a real luxury especially in land-scarce Singapore and I thought that they could've added more activities for the kiddos. And I found out that that was exactly what happened when we revisited!
You should really check out the great video summary below that was done by my sis-in-law, a fellow blogger with her own blog!
New Attractions
Petty's Supermarket:
If you bring the kiddos to the supermarkets when you do marketing, you will see that sometimes they will like to emulate the adults. Well, they can shop all they want over here, and best of all, there is no need to fork out any money! It just beside the changing area where you also store your stuff (shoes etc) and change your socks.
Pororo Link:
Near the entrance and right in the center are tracks and tables of toys such as automobiles for the younger kiddos. Louie love all things that turn (even the knob on my safe!), so this was easily one of his favorite stops where he enjoyed rolling the cars and trucks along the tracks.
Toddlers Zone:
There was also a new play area for the really little ones. A place where they can explore to their heart's content, crawling and sliding down in the fully-cushioned enclosure safely.
Stacci may be a little old for the toddler's zone but she was well-behaved for sure! |
Here's the other toddler's area near the theatre! |
Edutainment Program:
The park had also lined up a series of special workshops meant to pique the kiddos interest in science, literature or craft! These are paying workshops for non Silver / Gold members and prices would be $35 for Annual members up to $60 for the general public. Price includes the 1-hr long workshop + 2 hours of playtime. Check out the workshops and sign up here.
The kiddos took part in "I'm a Fashion Designer" and here's Stacci's creation! |

Bright and airy dining area! |
Super attractive packaged drinks I would say! |
Aww... Cheeky Louie in the ball pit! |
Comfortable nursing room! Definitely better that one that only has a plastic chair and power points! |
And do not miss the photo opportunity after the musicals! |
